Need use for shredded mozzarella and provolone mozzarella

I bought a pound of each (low moisture part-skim) for some long -forgotten recipe I never made. Both are a few days past "best used by" so need to do something with them in the near future. In my routine cooking I never use either one. I would so grateful for suggestions on how to use them, the less complicated the better! Thank you!
