My trip to Baltimore included a Wednesday so I was able to pull a baseball-sushi expedition. The game was completed before the train explosion gridlock, but the sushi was delayed for an hour while I waited for my wife and son to inch their way from I-95 to Fayette Street.
However the sushi was worth the wait....still very good in very pleasant surroundings--and a good value...$24.95 for an hour of sushi.
NOTE TO NEWCOMERS: Try and sit on the right side of the bar as you face the sushi makers; it is easier to order when you are closer and you get more of a chance to socialize.
Also, for most normal folks, an hour is plenty of time...I have never felt limited. The first time I went I thought I had to hurry and after 35 minutes, I was stuffed.
