I have a friend in Laos who misses the bread I used to make for her. Any suggestions on how to ship it? It's a focaccia, so It's flat. I've thought about putting some in a seal-a-meal vacuum packer bag, or even using one of the containers. I also thought that after sealing it in the bag, I could boil it to sort of pasturize it... are those bags water proof? Let's assume it takes 10 days to get it there.
