Shelled crabmeat in south bay?

Am making crabcakes for hubby's birthday (inspired by watching America's Test Kitchen this weekend, recipe linked below) and would prefer to not cook and shell my own crabmeat. Two questions:

Where can I find good quality fresh dungeness crab (not previously frozen) in the south bay (Mountain View to Santa Clara)?

And I called Fish Market and they have it but it was $23 a pound...is that a reasonable price? I guess they are doing the work for me but it sounded kind of expensive. Thoughts?
