I know this has been dealt with several times, but I am curious about a few specific spirits. I know most spirits can keep a long time, vermouths (and lillet, dubonnet?) will keep ideally for a couple weeks, but how about some other low proof spirits, like creme de cassis? It is wine based so does it also oxidize rather quickly? I was also curious to by Cynar and saw that it's abv is below 20%. Any suggestions?
