Shark Fin in the Iron Chef Sturgeon Battle

I know it's terribly politically, ecologically
and ethically incorrect but I'm wondering
if it's possible to eat sharkfin as huge
as the ones used by Iron Chef Chinese (Ken Kenichi?)
in the Sturgeon battle. Each taster got what
looked like an entire fin. How much would
one of those cost? (Beaucoup bucks methinks.)
And are they available at all? Do any restaurants
dare serve such obscenely large portions of
shark's fin?
