Does anyone know where I can find Shaoxing Rice Wine (Unsalted) in Chicago? I have gone to 3 Asian markets - Park to Shop(formerly Hong Kong market), another Park to Shop(formerly Richwell market) - both in Chinatown, Broadway Market on Argyle and Viet Hoa market. Not one place had plain Shaoxing Rice Wine - everything was salted.
A few weeks ago, I had a similar problem when looking for egg roll wrappers - the puffy kind, not spring roll. 4 Asian markets later, and no luck. I finally found the Dynasty brand in Pete's market.
I'm not sure if this is due to COVID, but I'm surprised I could not find this. In the past, I would get this from Hong Kong market. Am I missing something?
