Here's a description of the hairy crab feast presented by the Wangbaohe Restaurant in Shanghai:
"starting from the end of September till the next February, it provides you with the "Hairy Crab Feast". During this feast, every dish is made of crabs, and apart from the popular Steamed Hairy Crabs from Yang Cheng Lake, other new dishes such as Steamed Crab Meat, Deep-fried crab meat balls, Sauteed shark's fin with crab meat and Steamed dumpling with crab meat are also available."

There was also an Iron Chef special last year in which Chef Michiba traveled to Shanghai and borrowed Wangbaohe Restaurant's kithcen for the afternoon to prepare yet another Crab feast as a demonstration, but I can't seem to find a transcript and I've forgotten what he prepared.
