Picked up a menu here yesterday; daily specials are an interesting lot: Tuesday, Arabian meat loaf/cooked lamb shank; Wednesday: Couscous/Mansaf (lamb)(a Bedouin dish); Thursday: Musahab(chicken)/quail; Friday: Jordanian Mansaf (lamb)/ Molokheya, a famous Middle Eastern dish, green molokheya leaves saute with garlic and cooked with lamb stock, topped with cilantrol and chunks of lamb served with rice (hey I wish it were Friday). Then Saturday Quail and arabic Meat Loaf.

Love the variety of Mid East food considering for the most part we are stuck in the Cal Med syndrome.
