Though based in Brooklyn, I buy it at Bedford Cheese Shop on Irving Place in NYC, so I wasn't sure where to post this. That said, has anyone else tried this pasta? We've been using it off and on for the last couple of years or so and I must say it is consistently terrific. Though I find the cost at Bedford a bit high (roughly $8 for a 1-pd. bag last time I bought it), I still pay the price for the quality. Sfoglini pasta comes in many different shapes and also "14 organic semolina and 14 whole wheat" varieties. Plus, they have seasonal pastas which feature such flavors at ramps, beets, nettles, etc.
