sfogliatelle and Lobster tails

I'm trying to find recipes for these two pastries.
Although they're similar, the sfogliatelle has a thicker custard like filling..the lobster tail has a whipped cream/buttercream type filling.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I want to make these for my Nonna's b-day party and I can't get them locally. They're her favorites.
