sesame chicken

hello there,

does anyone have a good recipe for sesame chicken? i'm really not sure how to describe it, but if you live in new york and you've ordered takeout from a chinese/thai/pan-asian restaurant, you've probably had it.

it's small pieces of chicken, perhaps coated with flour or cornstarch (I can't tell...), and cooked (pan-fried?) in some kind of sweet-ish, tangy sauce that ends up making the chicken kind of glossy (maybe it's a glaze?)...then it's tossed with sesame seeds?

my boyfriend has been ordering this weekly, and i've insisted that we can make it at home....but...i haven't been able to find a recipe yet.
