Some dairy group is advertising heavily these days that three servings of dairy a day helps you to burn more fat and lose weight during a diet than having none. Seems counter-intuitive, but they cite studies showing this. Anyone care to share firsthand anecdotal comments saying that it 'worked for me' to have dairy during a diet to help them lose weight?
