September Itinerary 2: Redux - Feedback wanted

beerindex | Aug 4, 201610:24 PM

A while back I posted my initial working itinerary for my forthcoming Boston trip, and I got a lot of useful feedback. Between what I've learned here and some supplemental research I've conducted, I've drafted a new itinerary for which I'd like feedback.

Also new to this version is the addition of breakfast places; we may not find ourselves actually having breakfast daily, but this keeps the option alive.

(Apologies for the separate thread, but because of the layout Chowhound uses, this seemed like the most manageable way of posting a new list.)

------------
Thursday, September 22

Lunch @ Boston Public Market (probably hitting up Inna's Kitchen, Jasper Hill, Crescent Ridge, and either Red Apple Farms or Union Square Donuts)

Possible post-lunch drive to Framingham to visit Jack's Abbey

Possible afternoon snack at Beard Papa (close to where I'm staying, so I might pop in after I check in, since I'll be doing dinner on the late side to take advantage of the ICA's free Thursday night admissions)

Dinner at Row 34

Post-dinner drinking (some may be skipped depending on drink list at the time of visit): Drink (added per suggestion) -> Worden Hall -> Five Horses Boston (most likely to get cut) -> Gingerman

------------
Friday, September 23

Breakfast @ Eldo Cake House

Lunch @ KO Pies (South Boston location)

Dinner (early) @ Al Dente

Post-festival meal @ JM Curley

------------
Saturday, September 24

Breakfast @ Cafe 26 (this represents a change from earlier)

Lunch @ Festival (Warpig BBQ from Denmark)

Dinner @ Saus (to go)

Post-festival meal @ Double Chin

------------
Sunday, September 25 (Salem Day Trip)

Breakfast @ North Street Grille (previously planned for Saturday)

Lunch @ Amazing Pizza (Salem), with dessert at Caramel French Patisserie (this combo replacing the Little Depot Diner)

Brewery stop on return drive @ Night Shift (new addition)

Dinner @ Puritan & Co (replacing Helmand)

Post-dinner drinking (some may be skipped depending on drink list at the time of visit):
Bukowski Tavern Cambridge -> Lord Hobo -> Cambridge Brew (added per suggestion) -> Meadhall -> Café Artsci (added per suggestion) -> Tip Tap Room (I doubt we'll make it past Meadhall, but we'll see)

------------
Monday, September 26

Breakfast @ The Friendly Toast

Lunch @ Brewer's Fork (changed from Regina Pizzeria when I realized which end of the Freedom Trail we'd finish at), with possible post-lunch visit to Blackmoor for an addition beer or two depending on their taplist

Dinner @ Alden & Harlow, with dessert at LA Burdick's

Post-dinner drinking (some may be skipped depending on drink list at the time of visit):
Five Horses Somerville -> Lulu's Allston -> Deep Ellum -> The Publick House
