SEPTEMBER 2020 COTM: THE GUARDIAN FOOD WEBSITE

It’s September ( almost) for COTM and for September we again are using an online source. Because online sources are immediately available and not divided and chaptered like a physical book, this thread will serve as both announcement and reporting thread.

Full access to the GUARDIAN food site requires registration (at no cost) to a remarkable array of cuisines, cooks and international contributors to the Guardian and Observer.

Recipe reports should be made by comment/reply to this post. When you report on a recipe, please put the title in ALL CAPS. For these online recipes, please add a link to the recipe on the website. But before you report, take a moment to search the thread on the title, to see if someone has posted a report already. If someone has, please post your report as a reply to theirs, so all reports on a recipe are grouped together. If no one has reported on the recipe, start a new comment.
