Seeking Savannah dining advice

Hi, all! My husband and I are headed for Savannah in two weeks for a four-day anniversary trip. I've been a number of times but only day trips in a hurry. My husband has never been.

We're on a budget so price is a bit of a consideration, except for our anniversary meal. There we hope to spend no more than $30 a person, no including tax/tip/wine. We're considering the Pink House. Also on the list are Bistro Savannah, Garibaldi's (I'm sure I misspelled that!) and Elizabeth's. Gottlieb's is out of our price range, alas.

We may go to Jazz'd afterward for a drink.

I've already been to the Lady and Sons before, right before the place began to get mobbed. So no need to go there. How is her new place, Uncle Bubba's? Does it also get inundated with people? We plan to hit Mrs. Wilkes.

We like seafood, Italian and meat n' threes, especially. Any good Irish pubs? Any hidden gems that are not touristy in nature?

All advice and insights are appreciated and encouraged.
