Seeking replacement for lost vegetable lasagna in UWS... HELP!!

shellhoundd | Dec 11, 201105:09 PM

Meiridiana (on Broadway in Manhattan Valley) recently-ish went under, and my darling M-I-L was frightfully devoted to a vegetable lasagna they served there... It was incredibly basic, and was made with what I believe was a vodka sauce (it was "pink", whatEVER it was), and she was accustomed to eating this particular dish several times a week. For years. (We don't see eye-to-eye on a LOT of things, but whatever: I love her. Mostly.)
Can anyone recommend a spot on the UWS that serves a decent vegetable lasagna, preferably with a pink-ish sauce on it?? On my own, I've had little luck in locating such a thing, but I'm in L.A. most of the time, and am, thus, hindered on a number of levels.
Any tips whatsoever would be tremendously appreciated!
