The one I have from Rick Bayless is too brothy. I'm looking for something with good, crisp tortillas, eggs, salsa, maybe even beans. Many years ago, when I was a kid visiting Mexico City, I ate chilaquiles every morning. I had some terrific ones this Saturday at a restaurant in Silverlake. But I'd love to make them at home. I'd prefer recipes without meat, but I'll take 'em if you've got 'em. Your help is greatly appreciated.
