Seeking recipe for aspic (gelatin) baked meat loaf (I think)

I've had a kind of loaf that I suppose I'd call an aspic or gelatin baked meat loaf. The loaf I'm thinking of has large pieces of meat and vegetables, held together in a matrix of gelatin. I've had this overseas (especially from delis in Switzerland).

What's the proper name of this thing, and anyone have a good recipe?
