My husband and I will be spending 3 nights in Quebec City this summer and have tentative plans for 2 of the 3 nights (Creperie Billig and Panache), and are looking for a dinner recommendation for the remaining night. Top contenders at the moment are Le Pain Beni, La Gueule de Bois, L'Affaire est Ketchup, La Planque, and Chez Boulay. While food quality is the most important criteria, we would like to find a place with good ambiance/character, not so loud that we can't hear each other, and hopefully something that we couldn't find at home in NYC. I've gone through all the boards but am hoping to get some good recent feedback. Thanks!
