Hi- I currently operate a small scale bakery out of my home, and am looking to expand and move my baking to a commercial kitchen. I'm posting in the off chance that anyone knows of something. I would consider a small dedicated space, or a cafe or other existing operation (even a church) that would let me use their space in off hours. I live by Davis Square in Somerville, so I'm looking for something near there.
I've investigated the various culinary incubators around Boston, but they all see too expensive given how small my operation currently is.
I know that this isn't the typical kind of question for chow hound, but if anyone can help, that'd be fantastic.
