OK, I'm normally a pulse-vegetable-wholegrain kind of person, with occasional fish when dining out. But my body seems to be, well, let's just say - not really enjoying the high fibre diet any more.
I know that if I eat cheese I put on weight. And fish is expensive.
Spicy doesn't seem to be a problem, which is just as well.
So - any ideas of how to reduce my fibre intake while not increasing the fat or breaking the bank?
