Seeking advice - tasting menu, lunches, tapas

Have three days in NYC in Nov - room for three lunches / brunches and two dinners (one tasting menu, one less formal).

Current thoughts:

Fri lunch - something fun, either Spotted Pig, Prune or similar (have been to Momofuku Ssam Bar, DBGB before)

Fri dinner (tasting menu) - WD-50 is the front-runner although I have been a few years ago, other options I am considering Craft, Kyo Ya....open to advice, looking for something innovative and less formal and not quite top tier in price (ideally <$300pp including food, wine pairings, tax and tip)

Sat brunch - want a place that takes reservations (otherwise was interested in Breslin), not up for waiting for hours, thinking maybe Minetta Tavern, very interested in Resto as it would enable a good transition to afternoon beers (but we could just go there for this purpose alone obviously)

Sat dinner - looking for fun place with shared plates and currently thinking about Txikito (have been to Bar Room at The Modern before)

Sun brunch - staying near Times Square so for pure convenience was thinking of Ca Va (don't want to trek too far)

Thoughts appreciated pls. I am coming from Chicago if that helps give context for what I can get at home.
