Seattle's best bloody mary is the one you make yourself at FADO. (Irish pub at 801 First Avenue.)
Weekends they have a "Bloody Mary" bar. (Much like a giant salad bar but with all the fixins for Bloody Marys.) You order your Vodka of choice. The wait person brings a salted, iced glass with the Vodka. Then proceed to the bar where you have vast choice mixes and options to make your drink. Caution: several of the sauces available are pure Habanero such as "Dave's Insanity Sauce" and "Pain Is Good". Unless you work at Hanford, use descretion. FADO also has an innovative brunch menu to go with the drink bar. All in all, heartily recommended.
