I am planning a trip to Polermo, Sicily. I've had cannolis there berfore in the early summer and they were truly better than any i have ever tasted. (I've had "a few") However, they said there is a time of year or maybe twice a year, when they are especially good in Polermo. Can anyone tell me when that time is? I hear it is when the grass is the sweetest and the sheep graze on that grass. I am hopeing someone can tell me?
