Searching for a coffee-macadamia mousse recipe

wyf4lyf | Feb 5, 2006 10:18 PM

My mother used to make a molded "mousse" that had coffee and also macadamia nuts ground up in it. It was one of my favorite desserts as a child, but I can't find the recipe any more. I've searched the internet and didn't find what I was looking for. Does anyone have anything that sounds like this? I remember it used gelatin, coffee, macadamias, cream, sugar...and was poured in a ring mold or other mold and chilled until set. Then you sliced it and served with whipped cream...and swooned. :)

Thanks in advance...
