I'm not sure that's the right name for it . . . but I have fond memories of a dip made from just cheese (and flavoring of various sorts). It had the consistency of, oh, about like hershey's chocolate syrup I'd estimate, and was rich and gooey and creamy and may have been melted Velveeta for all I know. But man was it good!
Each time I go to a mexican restaurant (which I confess is not all that frequently) I ask for it, but nobody seems to have it.
Does anybody know where I can find this indulgence?
