In search of a Green Mountain Gringo Salsa copycat recipe [moved from Minneapolis-St. Paul]

My current love affair with Green Mountain Gringo Salsa (medium) is becoming an expensive addiction. Looked high and low on the Internet and can’t find a copycat recipe. Anyone have one?

Here are the ingredients listed on the jar:

“Ripe Tomatoes, Fresh Onions, Fresh Tomatillos, Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, Fresh Pasilla Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Cilantro, Fresh Parsley, Fresh Garlic, Sea Salt, Spices”

My notes so far on the list. “Ripe” not “Fresh” must mean the tomatoes are canned. Ingredients have to be in order of most to least, so that means lots of onions. The amount of the peppers is the biggest mystery (and do you think the peppers are roasted first?). Also: “Spices.” That could be just pepper, but does anyone think there’s something else like cumin and / or oregano in there?

Any help much appreciated! Would be great to make big batches, but also I’m looking for the perfect recipe to can with fresh tomatoes in August.
