I've been searching for Andante Dairy cheeses ever since I first heard vague rumors about it a few months ago. It seems that everytime I'm at the Ferry Bldg, their table is not. I live in the Peninsula and have sidled up to various cheese sources in the Palo Alto area asking them if they carry Andante. According to the cheesemongers, Soyoung Scanlan, the cheesemaker, is a perfectionist artisan and as a result, the supply of her cheeses is not only limited, but also very variable. I'll keep going back to the Ferry Bldg in hopes of catching their booth, but I usualy only make it up once a month or less. Does anyone have some recommendations for sources of Andante down in the Peninsula especially?
