I'm thanking you now. It was tremendous. I had it two days in a row. Crawfish, Shrimp, and Jalapenos in that sweet, dense, corn pudding.
Also tried the Cracklins from the same booth. Does it get any better than salted and spiced, fresh, fried pork skins?
