Sea to You question

coriolis | Mar 4, 2004 02:57 PM

I have a question about the sushi-grade fish that Sea to You sells. I know some sushi restaurants will "cure" fish by freezing it. Is the fish that Sea to You sells already been frozen or is it okay to serve it without freezing? Anyone have experience with making homemade sushi with fish from Sea to You? Thank you in advance.
