SEA: Egg Foo Young?

As a boy in Evanston, IL I used to have Cantonese carry out from a little shack on Central St. called Joy Fun's. He made a terrific egg foo young, which I realize is not high cuisine, but I still wonder whether any restaurant in Seattle makes it well.
