I didn't know much about Scott Bryan until recently. I listened to a recent interview with Mark Ladner (of Del Posto) and he was saying that Chef Bryan was a big influence on him.
Then I was watching some old episodes of Bourdain's "A Cook's Tour" this weekend and one episode was Bourdain in NYC hitting up the old Veritas with Chef Bryan at the helm.
Apparently, he's jumped around over the past couple of years, but he's now taken The Milling Room in UWS in the failed Corvo Bianco since Oct 2014.
Has any CHers been here? Thoughts?
