When I lived in KC and traveled the Midwest I was introduced to what I consider the finest steakhouse in the land: The Scotch & Sirloin in Wichita, KS. This place was straight from yesteryear complete with the dark wood, leather seats and atmosphere galore. Ordered the King Cut prime rib from one of their extremely talented waitresses (all between 18-25, dressed in black velvet and beautiful!) but thought they had made a mistake when they brought it out. It was the size of a roast and just as thick. Still my all-time favorite spot. Any fellow chowhounds been there?
