School Lunch | Carmel, Seaside & Salinas high schools

Melanie Wong | Feb 3, 201711:56 AM

" . . . When you voluntarily agree to eat school lunch, you don't expect your co-workers to have experimental diet envy . . . It's a sign of how far school lunch has come, in terms of culinary consciousness, as well as health and sustainability. . . "

Love this review of lunch at three high schools from the local food press. Bravo to my Monterey County peeps who have been innovating and working for more than a decade to put fresh local food in the cafeterias that is delicious, healthful and affordable.
