I dined there on NYE (fix price). The place has an upscale and lively vibe, and a unique wine cellar-themed decor. We started off with caviar devilled eggs and red wine from Napa valley-wine was amazing, eggs were not too memorable since there was barely any caviar on them.
Then the foie gras with toast came out- wow, simply amazing!! I only had it a few times so I cannot guarantee for its uniquness but it blew me away ! We had the spicy mezcal cocktail which is easily the best cocktail I ever had- spicy, not too sweet, strong and pleasant. The main course, rib eye steak for 2 with bone marrow butter and roast brussel sprouts- everything was perfect, and the steak came out medium rare as requested. We had mixed baby greens, perfectly dressed on the side. I didn't try the other sides-sweet potato and cheesy polenta, my date thought
that the potatoes were too sweet . We then had the espresso martini which was a real treat-light and smooth, perfect for a post-dinner drink. The dessert ,which consisted of petit fours- mini cannolis, trufflecakes and more-was just ok ,imo. Service was ok that night, but that could be because it was nye and it was very crowded, all tables were full. I would definitely go back for drinks and foie gras as well as the overall vibe and energy.
