Pozole newbie here; Please help me save this pot of soup :(
This is my first time making Pozole and I decided to try a meatless version. I was so happy with the results as everything turned out fantastic..... up until I added 1/2 of a lime to the broth ugggghhh. Is there anything I can do to offset the bitterness the lime added? It was such a beautiful rich broth with a hearty flavor. I would appreciate any suggestions so I don't have to toss the entire pot out.
