I made a pie crust tonight and somehow i messed up. I think it was a combo of not knowing the recipe and being new to high elevation. The dough was too dry so i ended up adding too much liquid. I blind baked it and it's sort of bumpy. not what i expected. I know that when i fill it and bake, that'll be my real test to see if i screwed up but it seems like i messed up. is there a rescue? can i add more flour? or do i just scrap it and start over?? :( i'm so sad.
