I recently stopped eating Campbell mushroom soup because I don't like the msg in it. But all other conventional mushroom soups without msg have either fake color, fake flavor, or hydrogenated oils.
I would love a recipe that someone has Made!! Because I made one and it was horrendous (way to gelatinous to work with).
Natural/organic brands of mushroom soup suggestions would also be appreciated.
I tried pacific natural mushroom soup but it's mushroom flavor was far too strong to resemble Campbell.
I also tried Amy's but it was really rich and fatty tasting (yuck).
I was about to pick up a can of Health Valley Organic mushroom soup and try that...
