Whipped up a batch of gazpacho from a new recipe today. Realized as I was adding the recommended # of garlic cloves that it would be overpowering so I cut back. Unfortunately it's still too garlicy (and I love garlic). Added more tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, vinegar--helped a little, not enough. Should I start over or keep adding veggies and vinegar? It's perfect except for the garlic.
