Savannah - 45 Bistro or Elizabeth's or Cha Bella?

Am relatively new resident to Savannah and looking for wonderful meal. Family member recently passed away and someone is paying for a special meal for my SO and myself to spend an evening remembering all the great foodie meals we had with the deceased.. Grew up in Philly and ate at a lot of the top restaurants there. Haven't had a chance to explore the 'special' restaurants in Savannah.

If someone was paying the tab and told you to go have dinner at the best restaurant in Savannah, where would you go?
