Sausage Weekend

This weekend and Labor Day weekend, we replenish our andouille and tasso supply. Both of which get smoked. I will also do some fresh garlic sausage and a breakfast sausage with fresh sage and fresh ginger. Since I'll be firing the Horizon off-set, some pork butts or brisket might find their way on.;)
