Sarabeths makes minimuffins (a mere rip-off at 75 cents), and the ones that look good seem to be just ok (ok, I'm over-generalizing based on a merely competent pumpkin/sunflower nut I tried), but the sort of plain looking ones (never found out their official name) are absolutely zowie. They're subtle, though. Amazing texture and flavor, but you really have to concentrate.
This was my first visit ever to Sarabeth's, btw. In some ways I'm slightly chow-retarded. Only started going to Sullivan Street Bakery this year. I hang my head in shame.
Oh, and I've never shared some people's infatuation with Amy's Bread...their stuff always seems slightly cold-hearted to me. But I just tried their cranberry scones and Got Religion
