ill never know how my wife and i have lived here for 8 years and never heard of san tung restaurant on irving near llth.we were talking to someone about great chicken wings at a chinese deli on clement and she told us about the dried fried wings at san tang. well we went to lunch there today and WOWEE is the food great. we had not only the wings but the dried fried shrimp as well. They also hand roll their own noodles.we had hand rolled steam dumplings and noodles with seafood sauce. what a treat to find this place. cant wait to go back.
