Going for a week vacation, next week (Mission Beach area.). I'll still be bringing my restaurant list, greatly refined with 'Houndly help.
But, my wife has let it be known that with her family, if I "plan on eating" any great chow I should "plan on making it myself." That's okay.
(they're a hard group to get moving and sneaking away is frowned upon.)
So, now I'm looking for a good butcher - produce - specialty - etc. sources to do some cooking ???
I'll have a car and going across town for something good to make is PC in the sneaking away arena.
Any and all thoughts appreciated !!!
