SAN DIEGO: mother's day brunch

echo eater | May 1, 200606:19 PM     6

Hi all:

I live in Los Angeles but will be seeing my mom in San Diego on Mother's Day. Anyone know any great brunches that won't break the bank? I read the list on SignOnSanDiego, but as I don't live there it doesn't really mean much to me..

Also, she stays in the Torrey Pines area, so maybe something around there? I wouldn't mind heading into SD a bit further, but the parking drives me crazy and I want mom to remain as relazed as possible.

TIA.
