San Carlos: Dalex - the best European food store in the Bay Area?

Ok, so I'm looking at some of the Russian businesss on the website Russian Dining

They list this joint in San Carlos and I'm not finding anything until I google on the address and come up with this website

The only other info I'm finding is a recent mention of Dalex artichoke dip being sold at the Campbell Farmers Market.

You know, if you click on some of those pictures on the site like for the house-made saurkraut and pickles or smoked fish ... it looks promising.

Some of it I kind of find funny ... taking pictures of every shelf in the store ... seems like the regular type of Eastern European groceries. I'm kind of intrigued by the picture for the frozen foods which lists a whiteboard with what seems some specials written in Russian. I wonder what they are. The jars on the top shelf of the mineral water / honey picture seem interesting.

Anyone been?
