Does anyone know of a place in T.O. for really GOOD sam-gye-tang (korean ginseng chicken soup/stew)...i first fell in love with this traditional korean dish when I was in Seoul a few years back. I have had pretty good sam-gye-tang in Hong Kong as well, but unfortunately I have yet to find a Korean restaurant here in Toronto that serves a decent tasting one. Tried two places here and they were both quite mediocre in flavour.
Or, if there are any koreans out there and make this stuff yourselves at home, can you share with me your secrets to making a really good sam-gye-tang?
