I have been many times to CM in Plano and Jimmy's (Fitzhugh @ Bryan). Does anyone else have favorites for "authentic" style salumi (aka salami)? Does anyone know where Jimmy's gets theirs from? I have found a few links below for a few places in NYC. I had some great salumi in Rome this past May on my honeymoon. Would like to find some similar and a bit closer than Rome. I have looked at Salumi in Seattle (Mario Batali's dad) and it looks like the ordering is first come first served, same with Fra' Mani (a bit out of my price range). I welcome some more places that I can browse....even if in Philly, Boston, NYC.
