Any suggestions for good salsa with a hechsher, avaiable in NYC / Manhattan ?
I've tried Green Mountain Gringo which is OK , but not spectacular. Most of the supermarket brands I've tried are too tomato sauce-y.
I like red salsas that are more like Pico de Gallo (almost like a finely chopped salad) or have interesting medium hot flavorings, and also green tomatillo salsas. Bottled or refrigerator case items OK too
